This journal charges the following author fees.
Article Submission: 0.00 (IDR)
Authors are not required to pay an Article Submission Fee as part of the submission process. No fees are charged for manuscript submission or peer-review.
Fast-Track Review: 0.00 (IDR)
No payment is required for Fast-Track Review. Currently, COMMENTATE: Journal of Communication Management does not apply a Fast-Track Review system.
Article Processing Charges (APCs) / Article Publication Fee
COMMENTATE: Journal of Communication Management applies an Article Processing Charge (APC). The APC is charged only after the manuscript has successfully passed the peer-review process and has been officially accepted for publication.
The APC is intended to support the costs of open-access publication, manuscript handling and editing, journal management, and overall publication processes. All articles published in this journal remain fully accessible to the public.
APC Rate:
Authors affiliated with institutions in Indonesia: IDR 750,000
Authors affiliated with institutions outside Indonesia: USD 75

Waiver Policy
Authors may request a waiver or partial discount of the APC. COMMENTATE: Journal of Communication Management is committed to ensuring that financial constraints do not prevent the publication of high-quality scholarly work.
Waivers or discounts may be granted at the discretion of the Editor in cases of demonstrated financial need or other reasonable grounds clearly stated by the author. Authors requesting a waiver must submit the request during the initial submission process through the “Comments to the Editor” section. Requests submitted after this stage may not be considered.
The decision regarding APC waivers does not influence the editorial or peer-review process. All manuscripts are evaluated solely based on academic merit.
