We would like to inform authors, reviewers, and readers that journals managed by the LSPR Institute of Communication and Business have been affected by a cyberattack involving hacking and online gambling malware, which compromised the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform.

As a result of this incident, the OJS system was temporarily unavailable (down) from September 2025 to December 2025. The attack also caused the loss of certain data in the OJS system, including article submission records from March 2025 onward.

Currently, the LSPR Institute Journal Management Team is actively working on system recovery and the restoration of previously published journal issues up to the affected period.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this situation.

As a follow-up, we kindly request all authors who have submitted manuscripts to:

  1. Check the status of your accounts and submissions in the OJS system; and

  2. If your accounts or submissions are missing or unavailable, authors are requested to create a new account and resubmit their manuscripts.
