Artikel ini mengkaji tentang perubahan perilaku konsumen wisatawan akibat dari pademi COVID-19 yang berdampak pada industri pariwisata di seluruh dunia. Resiko kesehatan dan pembatasan sosial adalah dua hal utama yang menjadi perhatian bagi wisatawan untuk melakukan perjalanan domestik maupun internasional. Mengingat pentingnya peran wisatawan sebagai salah satu stakeholder dalam kegiatan pariwisata, perubahan perilaku wisawawan ini dapat dijadikan momen untuk pergeseran tren wisata dari mass tourism menjadi pariwisata yang bertanggung jawab dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu analisis konten dari sumber-sumber relevan untuk menganalisa pola dan perilaku wisatawan, sehingga dapat ditemukan pemahaman baik atas kebutuhan wisatawan, keputusan untuk memilih, menggunakan, dan mengevaluasi produk pariwisata, sehingga pelaku industri wisata dapat menggunakannya sebagai panduan dalam pengembangan strategi pariwisata berkelanjutan.
