The Journal of Communication and Public Relations does not charge authors for submitting an article in the journal as well as in the review and publication process. All costs are under LSPR Publishing's fund. This journal maintains that all the articles published in this journal are accessible to everyone.

Author's Waiver

Authors may request a waiver or discount on the publication fee. The Journal of Communication and Public Relations (JCPR) ensures that financial limitations do not hinder the publication of eligible works. Waiver or discount eligibility is determined by the following criteria:

- Full waivers for authors from low-income economies.
- Discounts for authors from lower-middle-income economies.
- Waivers or discounts for authors with demonstrated financial need.

To apply for a waiver or discount, authors are required to:
1. Submit the request during the initial article submission.
2. Provide a formal, signed application letter.
3. Include a statement from their affiliated institution.
