Author Fees

Effective April 2026, the Journal of Communication and Public Relations (JCPR) applies an Article Processing Charge (APC). The APC is payable only after a manuscript has successfully completed the peer-review process and has been formally accepted for publication.

JCPR does not charge any Article Submission Fee. No fees are incurred for manuscript submission or during the peer-review process.

Upon acceptance, the following fees apply:

  • Article Submission Fee: IDR 0
  • Article Processing Charge (APC):
    • IDR 300,000 (for authors affiliated with institutions in Indonesia)
    • USD 0 (for authors affiliated with institutions outside Indonesia)

JCPR provides immediate open access to all published articles. All content is freely available to readers worldwide, with financial support from LSPR Publishing.

 

Author's Waiver

Authors may request a waiver or discount on the publication fee. The Journal of Communication and Public Relations (JCPR) ensures that financial limitations do not hinder the publication of eligible works. Waivers or discounts are available for authors with demonstrated financial need.

To apply for a waiver or discount, authors are required to:
1. Submit the request during the initial article submission.
2. Provide a formal, signed application letter.
3. Include a statement from their affiliated institution.
